The material of this iPad stands includes a 1.5mm thickness durable steel plate and aluminum plate. The body and base are made of steel to ensure sturdiness and stability.

The top iPad enclosure is made of aluminum, which is bent, welded, and stamped to create a light, durable iPad enclosure that is ideal for 4G, 5G, and Wifi signal transmission.

When we use steel plates to manufacture iPad enclosure, in many tests, iPad model 4G and wifi signal transmission will be affected by the steel enclosure. Also, the transmission rate will be slower, especially when away from the wifi signal source. When we used an aluminum plate to manufacture the iPad enclosure, the signal is unaffected.

To make the aluminum enclosure stronger, we bend it to create a multi-directional force and stitch it together to create a solid iPad enclosure by welding and stamping processes.

An ordinary 3-meter charging cable is unable to power up a working iPad with A current of 2.1A. Otherwise, the charging speeds that are lower than the power consumption in use. So we have customized the cable for our iPad holder with a 3-meter long thick internal copper wire.

The main body of the iPad stand is made of durable steel and aluminum. The thickness of the steel plate is 1.5mm, integrated welding, very resistant to impact, and battering. The surface is acid cleaned, polished and powder-coated, two times electrostatic spraying, and high-temperature baking process to resist impact and scratches.
